No matter what season, some of us are always depositing unhealthy foods in their fridge, foods that are not really necessary. Here are some of the most dangerous aliments that you might think about throwing away:

  • The mayonnaise

It is white and tasty, but it has too many calories that we don’tMayonnaise really need. Especially the mayonnaise that you buy from the stores is filled with calories, fats and sugar

  • Sweet juices

You can find them everywhere, from your local store to the restaurants and supermarkets. Those juices are usually made with a low quantity of natural products, being filled with chemicals and artificial flavors

  • Alcoholic drinks

The liver is damaged greatly because of alcohol, as it will be forced to metabolize fat acids. Moreover, the cells of your brain are destroyed by alcohol.

  • Processed meat

Whether we are talking about ham, salami, or sausages, this kind of food contains nitrates and artificial fats. The processed meat increases the risks for some severe diseases such as colon cancer, and the large quantity of sodium might increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

  • Hot dogs and sauces

This food is especially appreciated in the United States, some of the Americans having “strategic” reserves in the fridge. The already made hot-dog must be only placed in the microwave, and the dinner is ready. However, the quantity of fats contained by hot-dogs is huge, as we can talk about true caloric bombs!

  • Fat lactate products

Compared with the degreased milk and with the yogurt, the fat lactate products are really dangerous because of the high containment of cholesterol and fats

  • Ice cream

Almost any American fridge contains at least one bucket of ice cream. Along with the excess of sugar, artificial fats and calories, the ice cream is also responsible for the failure of any diet, as the ice cream is considered the main treatment for diet depression.

  • Salad sauces

Although they are tasty, the salad sauces are usually made with chemicals and artificial additives. Moreover, they are also salted and rich in artificial condiments
